Refund policy

My products arrived damaged/faulty, what do I do?

Please email us ASAP (within 7 days) to and we will arrange a
replacement for you. Please note we may request a photograph – please don’t dispose of your damaged products until you have been in touch with us.

My order is incomplete/I didn’t order this!

Oh no! We will sort it out for you. If for any reason there is an issue with your order
(incomplete or incorrect), please email as soon as possible.
