1 cup Ice (or even better frozen m*lk cubes)
1-2 tbsp crum.
1 tbsp m*lk
1 cup Water (cold if you can)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract or Powder
1 scoop Collagen Powder
1 tsp Jing or Chi from Superfeast (optional but delicious)
1 tsp Bee Pollen (optional but delicious also)
1 tsp Honey or Maple (if needed)
Rose Powder (optional)
Blend baby blend!
Serve and sip straight away and enjoy friends 🥛🍫
