How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders valued at $140 and over. Orders under $140 will have shipping calculated at the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

To NZ only at the moment. We hope to ship internationally soon :)

Can I have my order express posted?

Yes! Click the express option at the checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders usually take between 1 to 10 days to arrive. 
We use Aramex (Fastway) and Australia Post to send your orders.

How can I track my order?

We send tracking for every order once it leaves our warehouse. You can also contact us on hello@florafoods.love if you are worried that your order might be lost.
